How much snow do you have?

Sucks to see MOST people have having a bad snow year! I really hope it turns around because even though we still have snow it hasnt been snowing for awhile aside from one night here and there.

And to the people riding blower pow right now... I might be coming to visit you.. Along with many other snowest members :face-icon-small-coo

We are having an EXCELLENT year up here in NW Montana. I was already off trail on November 16th. We have round 8 feet at 7,000ft currently... we have the most snow in the lower 48 states at our ski resort Whitefish Mountain (The Big Mountain).

Love it!

I would say the Castlegar/Nelson area is way behind are usual amount of snow. 6 feet may sound impressive, but there is usually at least a few feet more by this time. Not complaining....I had 2 excellent days of riding fresh snow with blue skies last weekend :D

I always wondered if the Canadian Mtns ever had a bad winter, like bad the way we get in the states on occasion. I would imagine if that happened the reaction would be similar to how Alabama fans react when there team loses a football game every now and again:crazy:. Im just kidding guys, all in fun, Bring on the snow!!!

I can see my lawn as well. From what I hear, there is about 2-3 feet up at 9000ish feet elevation. WAY thin. We need a lot more...

Have you been out to lady bird yet this year? Its definitely not to bad, you still have to be careful but I got a few good faceshots the other day :face-icon-small-coo

Just up in the back of bankerts up goose creek once this year so far...it was fun, but really easy to find rocks and stuff. That was a coupe weeks ago. Anything up the lake north of Nelson seems to have more but still behind normal. Was great riding this past weekend tho regardless...deep and sunny!

You don't have to leave the states to ride. The last few days have been Epic Blue sky days. The Wman says there is more snow for t-w-t maybe as much as 12" by next weekend. They should let the groomer out of the barn by then. Everybody that has stayed at the lodge says there is planty of snow and was glad they could ride this year. So if you are looking for snow we have it here.

We have tons of snow, that's why we live in Revelstoke, pow pow pow, can hardly see out my windows over the snow banks. Never seen so many plates from so far away here in town. We have put close to 10 000 sledders up the trails on Boulder and Frisby so far. Oh and snowing right now

Most places in Montana are finally hitting into the upper 40" range, some in the 50s. ONE place has hit 80 several times.

Worst winter ever.

Total of about 3 storms/snows since October.

50+ and sunny for another week no winter in sight again.

I should have bought a jet ski or a new motorcycle instead of a sled.
