How much primary weight are you swinging on your TM1000?

Just curious, 3 or 4 tower primary, boost, elevation, and what weight are you pulling?

My 1200 with 4 tower is swinging 77gr cat weights
My 1000 with 3 tower is swinging 93gr big Dogs.
Both sleds seem to work well with this clutching between 6 and 12 lbs boost at 5-7000 feet. Rpm just changes slightly with low boost at 7150 to high boost at 7650.

Thanks Brian, mine sounds about the same, relatively speaking, I'm swinging 73 with the 4 tower, at 5-7000 feet, and RPM ranging from 7650-7450 as I go up in elevation at 11-12# of boost.

Seemed like I saw some guys swinging a lot more weight with similar setups, but maybe not.

My TM-1000 mirrors his, same weights, running 6 to 8 pounds, 4500 to 8000 feet and I'm seeing 7300 to 7500 RPMs. Works rather well.

The helex angle plays a big role on how much weight you need are you using the stock ones?

My 1200 is geared at 57/63 with a 34/40 helix and my 1000 with 7 tooth drivers, 60/60 gearing and has a 40/46 helix. 1200 has the Black Diamond larger secondary and runs the Polaris Dragon belt. My 1000 is faster on top end but my 1200 is better for low end boondocking. Both are extremely easy on belts. 5-600miles per belt and no major failures this year. I don't believe there is any one perfect setup, it all comes down to what you want machine to do.
