How much do you think the dollar will be worth next year?

Oh, the dollar won't completely tank.
I think you will see inflation take off like a rocket in the next 3-6 months.
We went thru this in the late 70's early 80's.
People just forget.
That and we have the king of fear in the white house.

I thought about it too but just couldn't get myself to type "buy pesos". Pesos may be a good play though, very low national debt, tons of valuable resources, and a huge influx of dollars coming back into Mexico. If they could only get their govt in order, but we're proof thats easier said then done.

dollar? Im figureing out what my ammo cost each caliber has there own "value" should be able to get a gallon of gas for 10 9mm or 5 .45 depending on what they have for change... ha...

"How much will the Dollar be??"

I'm going to go out on a limb here. After much deliberation with my financial people, I have come to the conclusion that it will be worth.......................

100 pennies or 20 nickels or 10 dimes or 4 quarters. I'm still on the fence as to if 2 50 cent pieces will make it or not.

Jsut this past summer I bought a boat off of an ad I say on Craigslist. I bought US dollars to complete the deal at par. That fealt great. My boat which is usually a depreciating asset is now worth more just because our Canadian dolar tanked.

I am this summer gonna work for gold and thats it...should coe ahead about 20 K ....and its all going in a can ...

I think realistically we'll see deflation due to everyone not spending. The govt is trying to avoid this by putting more money in circulation. The media is so short sighted. Like someone said in another thread. This comes from people out of NY and DC the freak out of inflation. People have changed the way they spend and are saving more. This would result in deflation because you have a higher percentage of money in circulation than what is being spent. If we were spending a high amount of what is in circulation that would result in inflation. That is not happening. Don't freak out just yet.
