How much better is the 09 m8

i have 07m8 snopro
and a 09m8 snopro, never ridden an 08,

ill take the 09 anyday

the new track and rear skid seem to be the difference and i think i read 20 or so lbs....

It's like going from a Powder Special 600 to a King Cat 900. Or Like a 144" to a 162".

I had a 07 M8 153" with abit of mods and now i have a 09 HCR 153" i will take my HCR anyday. It is like night and day riding my 09 LOVE IT

Whats the price difference?
An '08 with diamond light drive, BDX Bumper kit and a Powerclaw track makes it almost the same. You just won't have reverse.
I run an '08 with those goodies and love it.
Best $$$ I ever spent.

the only 09's i've seen in that price range are all hcr's, i wonder why??? could it be because they've been used and abused for racing??? have called on a few of these and you can tell the sellers are not being totally honest about what they've been used for...

Go to the swap meet section and look for an 09 M8. Then search for an 09 D8. That should tell you something right there.

I had the 07, currently 09 and 10 coming in. The 07 I had was the standard 162. Great sled. The 09 SP LE I ran last winter was an even better sled overall. I'd take the 09 over the 07 anyday. Again, the 07 was a great sled and I wouldn't be afraid to ride one. I just liked the latests upgrades and finetuning done to the 09. Hope this helps.
