Anyone one know how many ProRMK's, SKS,RMK's Assualts have been sold vs, summits and M cats over the last 5 years?

I'd love to see all these numbers from the factories and how they've changed since 2003 when the rev came out.
I wish we could get them broke down in to each category also. Utility. Trail. Mountain. Engine size. 2 or 4 stroke. I think we'd all be surprised at what the numbers show and just how little the things we discuss and argue over on snowest really doesn't matter much!!

I would say not a chance if talking mountain sleds in the states... Canada, yeah, for sure.

We see far more Doo's when we are out riding. Then Polaris. Then cats and Yamahas last. The closest dealer to me is a Polaris and Honda dealer and in that town there's far more Doo snowmobiles than any other kind. I know the guy that owns the store well. If it wasn't for the Honda quads and Polaris side by sides he sells and services I'm not sure he'd still be open. He sells very few sleds in a town that is known for having lots of snow every year and has a very good sledding area!

In 2018 there were 124,786 snowmobiles sold worldwide; 53,179 were sold in the U.S. and 47,024 were sold in Canada.*

The mountain, crossover and trail segments divide the total sales almost equally. Polaris leads mountain sleds, Doo leads in trail sleds. Not certain on crossover sleds, but probably Doo.

Rabbit Ears Colorado probably 85% Polaris.

Changes

Rabbit Ears Colorado probably 85% Polaris.

In the 25 years I've been buying and riding sleds I've seen it change wildly. Up till 2003 most of my group was on cats. We had a very good dealer. He sold it and the next guy wasn't as good. Then it switched to skidoo after the rev came out. Then back to Polaris when they changed there chassis to the rider forward design. Then cat had a short go at it again in 2010-2011. Back to Polaris for a bit then back to Doo with the XM and Gen 4 chassis. That's what I've seen in my area and with the people we ride with.

Thanks.
I wish these numbers were easier to find.
I did a Google search and couldn't find any info.
