Since fuel injection have never had one problem pulling the sleds out of the garage and firing them right up. Had just as many problems with clogged carbs before ethanol...

Another vote for Stabil Marine version. I fill up with premium pump gas. I do start my sleds a couple times during the spring/summer/fall.

Start it a few times a year and fill it with non oxy before. Ya'll worry too much.

I use a double shot of regular stabil in all of my engines without any problems. I started a chain saw that has been sitting with fuel at least 2 years old and possibly older and it ran fine with only issue was starting was a little harder than normal.

This will be the first time I haven't started my sled engines monthly during the summer. I didn't bother fogging them either. Perhaps, I'm trying to ruin my engine so I can justify a new sled.

What works for me? Drain the tank all but a gallon?? Start my snowmobile a couple times in the summer. FRESH GAS on the top with a little Sea Foam in the fall and all is well. Fresh gas runs so much better than old gas. I hate running a full tank of old gas - even with stable in it.

It's so damn dry in CO that nothing rusts. My Cat runs rich enough with oil that there's a fine coat of it in the intake, anyway.
The first season I had my sled I fogged the engine. It took me forever to get it fired back up. It took new plugs and starting fluid to get all the fog **** burnt off. I'll never do it again.
I drain the fuel tank and fuel rails and call it a day. Whatever fuel I get out of the tank gets used in my lawnmower over the summer.

Edit* My lawnmower will start up on the first or second pull after sitting all winter, but if you leave that gas in something you give a sh*t about (your sled) you can guarantee the gas will go bad and you'll play h*ll starting it. Go figure.
