How many Forum readers here are actually subscribed to Snowest or SledHeads ??

Actually I suspected this 2 years ago.. so i called snowest and told them i would pay to ship one of the mags certified mail.. Snowest said NO!!..

With all the people in here saying the are not getting their mags.. you WOULD think that Harris publishing would want to fix this.. .. or atleast thats how i think businesses are suppose to work..

I log onto this Site so often and utilize the info herein. Even if you don't receive your mags the knowledge and entertainment here is more than worth the price of a Subscription.

With this.. I totally agree.. the value and knowledge on this site.. and entertainment is worth the price... but when you also donate to the site also.. ..

They would get a ton of ideas about stories and articles if they did though.

I have subscribed for it in the past and have not had any problems receiving it, I plan to subscribe for it again this year, just haven't got around to it yet.

well it does take them some time to answer pm's.. but yes they do look up on the site from time to time..


For sure.. but not getting a product you pay for the first year is understandable.. however after contacting the person in charge of shipment and having them tell you "YOU WILL RECIEVE ALL THE ISSUES THIS YEAR".. then you still dont get them... ...

I don't subscribe to either. But what's interesting is that my parents have gotten it for YEARS, and they quit sledding 10+ years ago. They say they never have sent them a dime. It just keeps on coming.

I used to subsrcibe but the quality of what I was getting in the box was a bit below standard.

I do buy Sledheads at the grocery store once in a while when it catches my eye though.

Used to get snowest for years for free, I assumed it was because I was once president of a club, so when it finally quit coming I sent them money for a subsciption, I recieved about half of them and bought the others off the rack. That went on for a few years and then one year I did not get any issues at all so I gave it up, if I see something interesting in an issue on the rack I buy it, otherwise, pfffffft I give up. They want us to donate to the forum but I'm afraid if I do that they will figure out a way so that I can't log on anymore.

I am subscirbed and one thing I doo miss is once a year they would send a catalog type mag which was nothing but a showcase of Mod products. Was real cool. I wish they still did that.
