Well here are some pics of some changes i made to my assault, i spend a afternoon at my buddies shop where we cnc plasma cut out the rear bumber. He is also set up for powder coating so i did the bumper and the footwell vents and gas rack, it was my first crack at powder coating so i thought it turned out pretty good, I also polished the tunnel, next is to coat the spindles black but i still unsure if i should run the HRP spindles that i have and are already black? I had one put on the other day but did not like how my ski stance would be 43" wide with them on. I also got some fox floats on order as well. let me know what you all think.

Good stuff! You should hit up Holz for their stirup vents that are available in black.

Actually i have some mnt fit ones sitting on the bench, ran out of time i wanted to go for a quick ride, have material cut for another bumper if someone is interested.:face-icon-small-hap

Looks awesome! (except the boards:face-icon-small-hap) You should take the time to pull the suspension apart and coat your rails while you have access to the powder coating stuff. Do your front bumper assemby too. It looks cool but the real benefit is how much less ice packs to your rails in the real world of riding. All of that misc ice packed in various places on your sled adds up to a ton of performance.

The plan is to do the suspension rails, bumper and spindles but i just wating for my shocks to come in that way i can do it all while the suspension is out and keep riding in the mean time. Uh mmm about the boards... they were a haydays bargin that i could not pass up lol. thanks for the comments.
