The Pro costs way more to lose weight. All the easy stuff is already done. Headlight delete for a few pounds but most everything else is expensive. Ti, Carbon fiber etc.

So what your saying is the Pro is basically a mod sled available at a factory price

I wonder what the Pro would be at for the Pro-Lite $??? Guess we'll find out next year since BDX has a Pro lurking in their shop getting fitted for a Pro-Lite like package...

I don't think so when considering the power aspect. Weight and handling are another thing.

rms I just meant that the Pro is not going to leap frog the Pro-Lite in weight unless you want to spend double or more of the money. All the easy stuff has been done by Polaris at the factory, which is awesome for the customer. People can drop 50lbs on the Cat without one Carbon or Ti part or anything that is fragile. I think the Pro-Lite is the best value on the snow, and you get a warranty. It is also MORE durable in mod form than stock, you could argue the same but at least equal.
