How hot is too hot? Kx450

I've searched around and havnt found any answers.
Been riding track lately, and was hitting 225f on a 32f day with both rads blocked off. Unblocked one rad and I was at 215f.
Question is - at what maximum temp should I shut the bike down and remove rad covers? 250? 270?

I would say if you hitting 250 time to take them off... I am in Utah when it is 30 out I do not need to cover any radiators... As long as your getting to between 145ish and 200 your good.. I assume you have a stat ...

Thanks, I was thinking 250 too. Havnt boiled over yet, but was hoping to avoid that.
