I need some input please i ride in the bighorns and just bought a 04 rev 800 and dont know how bad it will trench in the steep and deep situations

well I have that same sled as a back up sled and i ride the bighorns . so on most days it works realy well . but on those days when the snow piles up from a big storm it will not go as easly as the longer ones do . as far as trenching goes well they dont do a lot of it

I love mine. It woundn't high mark every hill after a big dump but gets around well. Its allsome in the trees. I haven't done the math but been told a 144 X 16 has about the same foot print as a 151 X 15. Been thinking about maybe putting an XP 146 under mine, mainly for the 2.5" paddel, but no plans of going any longer.

I also have the same sled and same track. The biggest improvment you can do is go with a 146" off of a newer xp. You will not regrit it.

depends on which 151" you are looking at. The biggest hold back on our 144" are the 2" lugs any of the xp tracks are 2.4 or 2.5 which would help you alot

I have an 05 144 and have rode the Big Horns. The only time it's really lacking is on the big snow days or if you find some sugar snow.

O man,,,,,,,,,, I don't want to know, its not as much as some guys put into their rides, but I still don't what too know. Ever year I add a couple more items to her don't pay that much attention to the total. Basicly other then the big bore kit ($1500) each item in my sig is roughly $250 (not the HM windshield) you can figure it up.( + cost of sled) Theres not really any major lightwieght parts just different from stock to meet more of what I wanted for my riding style.

I've got 2 '06 rev's a 144 and a 151 which is mine...... The 144 flat gets it. Haven't really noticed much of a difference between the two. The 151 goes a bit better in the deep snow. But the 144 keeps up.
