Anybody ever had there track fully come apart. I am looking for a new one but think I can still ride

You can run that. Seen many go for a long time like that. Looks like the track is very tight? You could loosen that thing up some.
fix it with glue and possibly a patch...it will go forever
Mine did the same thing. Nothing to worry about yet. But it will keep losing them. Just look for a good deal on a different track in the mean time
Well I road it today and it's still in one piece and the sled saw 8400rpm lots and even felt a couple trees lol. Some of the deepest snow I've ever been in.
