How are the snowy conditions now? Leaving in 5 days

snow conditions

i heard the nazis and the japs have set up terrain traps and bombs better watch out. they also have avalanche traps, to catch the those that dont pay attention.. For better snow results check the sticky...........

i had rode up and down that creek with no open holes.
we took a break , than i started to go back through the creek and all of a sudden i sank..
My tunnel bag was under water ,i got off the sled and i was standing in knee deep water. lol geeeeeeeez
2 things i learned , one if u going to ride creeks ride with at least a couple people and two if u go through a creek area dont go back through u will be pressing your luck .
cheers newmy1

I learned the same lesson last year. Pretty much same scenario as you. $700 canon DSLR was in my trunk bag underwater for about 20 minutes while we pulled it out. I got the camera to work for two more weekends before it died.

sorry to hear that.
luckily i didnt have anything in the bag that water would hurt. I just needed to take everything out ,lay it out and let it dry.
all and all its areas like that , that are fun to play around
we rode up around rock creek knoll sat , and the snow was deep.
than sunday we rode half a day around sliver lake and V trail and it was deep.
I was surprised we didnt see more tracks , considering all the trailers up at green rock.

My brother in laws rode with a pretty big group yesterday around V trail too - bunch of Ski-Doos and a couple of Polaris sleds in the group. They had a blast and said the snow was really good in that area.

Haha

Ha I think it's funny to listen to everyone one from out of state or even people from out of state report conditions. I joined the site to see everyone else's story's about their deep pow days and fun adventures but I guess it's to serious so anyways I can't wait to shred the pow and let everyone where to go its about making our sport bigger, but it seems like to me a lot of you won't even let a lot of your own riders know where at least some decent riding is.
