I've got to add something here, this mindless bitch is not a CPA.
Why do I say that ?
Those in charge have safe guards, If a CPA manipulates numbers the consequences are severe. A CPA takes an oath and if they violate that oath there is no slap on the hand it's dealt with severely by fine and prison.
Don't confuse a book keeper or a person with an econ degree with a CPA.
Why these safe guards?
Those in charge that want true reports don't **** around with stupid bitches like this and have insurances to only have the best.

Where did mineral rights come in?
We own our land and control what happens with mineral rights under correlative ownership as such.
Short of eminent domain we retain those rights with land ownership.
Eminent domain is highly unlikely here due to the agricultural value exceeding the mineral value across our acreage.
We do have farms near that have been turned to gravel pits for roads. Our farm has been tested to be sold as such in most likely locations and fails to meet solid material percentages.
Our top soil averages 20’ depths.
Where I live water rights are the key to property value.
Take my water rights and my land is worthless.

One near me pumps 10 miles from river uphill all winter and goes into a settling pond to flow back into a recharge well. Shuts off during irrigation season to balance share use.

Amazing what a little ingenuity can do, One of the courses I worked the irrigation system pumped out of the third cell lagoon, I think it was like three miles. The city would hound me in the spring and fall. Cool weather, less use of irrigation and less evaporation. They would have to get it tested and then release it down the creek
