HOUSE FIRE CAUTION!!!

With all of the house fires that have happened just this last week in Colorado, please check you r furnace, boilers, heat registers, dryer vents and hot water heaters. remove any lint, cobwebs and dust from burners, pilot lights. pull curtains, furniture away from radiators if you have them.

Just heard a scanner call for an assist in another house fire just out of town. That family is now homeless, just before the holidays. Sh*tty deal. so cover you and your family's butts and check things out!

I've got a 25'+ chimney sweep if anyone ever needs to borrow it also. I"ve got an 8", but I'm gonna be buying two more brushes soon as well (got a new stove last year, smaller flu & getting one for a friends place)

It's just sitting 99.99% of the time, so glad to lend it out, or go sweep for a reasonable price, way less than the sweeps charge, they're stupid high

I have recently realized it when i fell 25' and broke my back. There is a reason why the people pay to have it done than do it themselves. Just like drywall!!

ummm.... people don't do drywall themselves... because they're not dumb enough to do drywall!!!

No hatin... just blown away at what people charge around here. People are charging well over $100/ hr for the job... that's a bit over the top imo.

Charging that much for a job that requires a $30 tool... tad excessive.

What you charge down there may be way less, not sure. Just going off what people charge up here which surely includes some $$ for driving as well.


btw... don't fall next time you klutz!!!!! hard to sled with a broken back!!

yeah, services are super expensive up here. Thank you ski resorts for that.
