Colorado license plates?????????

I received the same email telling me they were taken by Esmond, ND. I also saw the Colorado license plate on the pickup. Can anyone confirm this story?

Wow there beautiful! I'm a hunter myself and live to hunt elk every year with my bow. Not real sure why anyone would want to shoot a cougar unless they were killing your livestock. If everyone shot everything that moved there wouldnt be much left moving! Lots of rednecks here for sure!
