Homemade windshield

After breaking my windshield going through the trees last year, I decided to buy a low profile one this year. After looking at it and a few beers, I decided to make my own.

A little skill saw and sanding…close enough and I have a place to mount my go-pro

With the wooping $70 I saved, I dont have to switch to Geico...

edav, Great Job! Love morphing old parts into new parts.

Don't know if you saw the pics of my wreck last year, but it was a doosy. One of the only parts that survived was my homemade/cut down windshield.

I went a little farther and cut the part I cut off smaller and reattached it so the sheild covered the 'dash'.

Saved it after the wreck and plan on putting it on the new sled!

Recycle a bunch of plastic, a little tribute to the old sled and it's prettyscratched up so I will already have the first scratch out of the way!

Win, win, win.
