when i had my 12 pro, i took a arctic cat under hood goggle bag and riveted to the frame tube . now on my 13 its CF and i didnt want to drill into it, so this is what my 10 year old daughter thought of and she did all the machining on the lathe and the mill. she even tig welded it,i helped set everything up but she ran it all. so what do you guys think? not to bad of a job and a hell of an idea for being 10, i now have to buy her the 4 wheeler shes been asking for

Another option is the 11/12 polaris goggle bag. It fit my 13, I just removed the rod and used the rest of the straps and hook, Fits perfect!
Didn't even have to get out the zipties.

She should be proud of it.

You should be proud of her. (I'm sure you are)

Good for you taking the time to show her how to build fabricate. My GF is a mechanical engineer and that is a great source of pride for me-- pretty funny when some guy blows her off at a trade show or dealership thinking she doesn't have a technical background. I've watched more than one guy try to back pedal after they y something condescending. My guess is your daughter is going to catch some people off guard.

In case someone hasn't told you lately, your an awesome dad.

i have an awesome kid, it so easy to be her dad, she gifted when it comes to mechanical things. during harvest this year, i bought a new john deere combine, within 1 hr she was runing it all by her self and good mite i add

now if i could get her to learn the saxophone, i cant take it any more:music:

I've ran that same bag, in the same spot on my 2011 Pro. It is really close to the pipe so be careful. My bag has lost most of the heat shield stuff, it started to peal apart. Also the zipper needs to be cut. The rubber will melt on the pipe.

Sounds like a great little project, turned out nice!

Since I'm lazy, I just used one of these to attach to carbon over structure.

i hear ya, i melted the zipper to my pipe on my 12, now on the 13 i just slid it up as far as it would go for more clearance
