Great Day

What a great day!!! I knew sitting in Florida all week that this was going to be an epic weekend. I am just happy I made it after all. Thank you guys for taking those pics and letting us come ride with you today. Good times

Thanks for the borrowed sled Kyle. Was a great day. Kitty sucked arse:mad:First jump. then dead. WTF!! Revived the F for tomorrow. Should be good again!! Thanks for the tow Terri. Had a great time. Kyle, Andris, Terri, Ron and Jannett thanks for the patience and good times.:beer;

WOW!!! That was a great day..:D Deep to say the least, and a bit crazy I might add. Hummm where to start.
First. It was so nice to meet the Florida Boyz and once again hook up with
1Mex and C4F.
The day started off great and ended great. Here is the in between it all. And I'll make it as short and sweet as I can.
Hector's sled ripped for like a 1/2 hour and then puked and said No More! Then had to be towed out:rolleyes: on a little pond. Little water problem for a second until a third sled came in for the rescue.
Headed back to the parking lot because people that come here to ride from Florida carry spare sleds for those in need. BUT.... on the way back Kyle decided to OFF ROAD it and play who is stronger with a road marker and the road marker kicked his butt big time. SH and I rolled up on a sled upside down and no one in site. Gut wrenching. Kyle was pinned under his sled. He had an arm out and gave a thumbs up and we got the sled off him. Geesh! So happy to say he was okay. His sled flipped in the air some how. It was facing the opposite direction than he was headed. Well that sled was TOAST. Had to take that baby back to the parking lot too. So now Kyle and Hector need to ride the back up sleds the Florida guys so kindly haul with them.

We played and played.

Sledhead decided to mess his shoulder up even worse. Note to self. Don't jump log piles that haven't been neatly stacked.

Couple sticks here and there. It was deep. We like to get stuck and hang out in it every now and then. Fun stuff!
1Mex and C4f had to take off, well after the group wasted like 30 minutes looking for me because I took my own way to where I new they were headed. Sorry guys, I should have told you.:o

We rode the BEST snow after that. OMG it was dreamie. We are thinkin of takin off in the morning and back tracking to the SWEET spot.

We rolled into the parking lot close to 7p.m. and we were missing Andre. What thaa? Where the heck is he??? Darn gas. He was fueling up to get to his trailer. LOL. All we thought was Oh great what the heck now could possibly happen. But after a day like today, I realize anything can happen and to be prepared and we were......

That is the longest ride we have EVER been on.

And one of the best. That is some great spring snow in Utah. I feel really really LUCKY!

Doug, if you get up high in the lakes it will be off the hook for sure. It was so deep once we hit the high elevation.

Pretty sure my Rotator Cuff is toast now.

Note to self: Don't hit log pile jumps that were exposed 3 weeks ago.
I know I'm hurt but couldn't check for sled damage due to deep snow depth.

No matter what I'm riding tomorrow.:beer;;)

Got Race Fuel, Lortab?????????????????

Ron, sorry you're hurt. I hit your no parking sign too on Friday. track punched it. we had 2 feet at Trial and 3 feet at Bald. these 15 degree temps and clear skies will dry it out. today is one for the ages. I'll play hurt, you are, kim is.. we have all summer to get fixed. ;) what is yet to be seen is if we can get up some of thse treed pulls in 3 feet of fresh. should be an interesting day no matter what. hope to not find any hidden surprises today. No cliffs, no need for choppers or ropes. JUST spare fuel to get back home. Is mrs. Donut dizzy today? It was donut snow for sure. wish I could have Double Hill'd w/you. let's all picture share tonight on here. stay safe out there today. :)

Holy Cow it was deep today:eek: I was out of gas within 30 miles. Wide open kinda stuff.. Rode superbowl, dropped into smith and morehouse, then back up and over east of double hill for some decents (face shoots ;) just hope a tree isn't coming up cause all you can see is white, i LOVE it) and then over and down into the canyon below yamaha hill.. Best "conditions" day of the year. Only saw one other group, i know its spring, but it seemed like december today, "bottomless"
