HMK Warranty question

Does anybody know who to talk to at HMK to get an answer? They told me to send my boots in that fell apart in one season and they would get them repaired or send a new pair out.

I sent them 3 1/2 weeks ago and still can't get an answer. I'm not bashing here, I just need to know If I need to go buy new boots cause I want to ride
 
I talked to Lucas. They recieved them quite a while ago according to Lucas.
 
I had the exact same thing with my pair of boots. I sent them back and didnt hear from them. Came home form work one day and there was a brand new pair on my front porch. It was about 3 weeks after I sent them in.
 
Go to their website and look up the customer service number. They will take care of you. I have experienced nothing short of amazing customer service from these peoplw in the past. I am a customer for life.
 
Just give them a call and explain your situation, HMK customer service has been great for me, My backpack ripped and it wasnt under the year warranty but they still shipped me out a new one.
 
What did Lucas say when you talked to him? Just that they received them? What about fixing or replacing? Knowing Kirk, I am sure they will be replaced. He is really awesome when it comes to that. Just remember the time of year. Thanksgiving, took like a week out of that schedule, the fact that many others probably waited until the last minute too, and the fact that Xmas is only a few weeks away and shipping sucks right now.

I know Kirk will take care of you though.
 
HMK is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. I had a leaky boot and they told me to send it in. i had a brand new pair of boots at my house in a week. No questions asked, they just want to have happy and satisfied customers
 
I just got off the phone with kirk. Awesome guy, Mostly my fault but he still sold me a pair dirt cheap. Great service
