Was going to carve across the ridge under the rockie peak, but when I got up there the snow was rock hard. Tried to point the sled back up hill, but the skis went up in the air at an angle, lost balance and down I went. I'm still learning, next time I'll check the snow conditions.
Boy caught it all on video.

At the 51 second mark you will clearly see I'm falling at a much higher rate of speed than the sled.
At the 53 second mark I deflect off a small tree, which I don't even remember hitting.
At 56 the Sled uses its tree brakes.
Was totally surprised the sled wasn't more hurt than it was. It still ran like a champ.

Tough Sled,Still worked great.
Kid blasting around on a lake, He hit 95 on the digital speedo, not bad for a 151 Mountain sled at 8000 feet. It held 8600 RPM so the clutches must still be aligned.
