Hi Mountain in Billings

Has anyone dealt with Hi Mountain recently? I know that they have gone through some significant employee changes. Are they good for setting up out of the box? Updates?

I have a buddy that went to work for them, Brian he's the head service writer, he trys to do what ever he can for set-ups. I know he has taken some costomers sleds out and given them his to get their stuff running right. Talk to him if you go there, he will be up front and honest, he's that kind of guy. Or you can get ahold of him on here his user name is hockeyb4.

I went through them in 05 when i bought my RT1000. Couldnt ask for a better dealer at that time. I havent been back lately so not sure. Ill most likely give them a try on next sled purchase thats for sure.

I bought a new 4-wheeler and a new snowmobile within a few weeks of eachother.

They weren't interested in anything except the money. Service on warranty issues were very poor.

I just kept taking the stuff back and they kept telling me there was nothing they could do.

Noone cared especially management.

VERY POOR DEALER! :(

GOOD LUCK

They have treated me really well the last couple of years. The new shop is way nice and they have a large selection of clothes and accessories. I have no complaints.
