Yeah, no sh!t. Some dumb azz burnt down my backyard mountain with a butt yesterday.

I smoked for 15 years and it always pizzes me off when I see people just toss there butt! like the world aint got enough problems without that chit!! In fact its part of the reason I quit. My truck and pockets where always full of the damn things and we both stunk like hell. that among the other 1500 reasons to stop!

Can anyone tell us how long it takes for them to degrade?
On a side note, I toss my used kleenex out the window when not in town.
I know these degrade very quickly, and with my allergies I would have the back seat full of used snot rags if I didn't ditch them.

What I don't get...
Am I stupid or is throwing them on the ground/out the car window/anywhere but the garbage considered littering subject to the applicable fine/punishment? I just don't get why those F*ers don't get pulled over by the cops and given a fine EVERY single time they throw one on the ground...
Please correct me if I am missing something here...
Rant over...but I get really, really pissed when I see it and it is times like that when if I had ANY muscle whatsoever I would go over there, grab the dudes nutz, and squeeze like all get out until they bent down and picked their butt off the ground and ate it.

I went and looked for the rubber behind my house but no luck. All I found was 1200 acres still burning with zero containment.
