So did the value of my 07 just tank????
Can I buy an 09 at the discounted value, and apply the savings toward the loss of my 07? If I buy enough 09's will I eventually make money on my 07???

My reasoning:

07 was worth $25k now worth $12k

09 worth $20k so I'm sitting on $45k but its worth $32k making them both worth $16k. Buy another at $20k, sitting on $65k worth $52k worth $17,3 a piece. Eventually I'll make money, "right?"

It doesn't matter if you are a GM, Ford or Chrysler fan, it's a sad time to know that the UAW is going to kill the American auto industry. I'm such a car fan that I'm sad we are going to see the Trucks, SUV's, Corvettes, Mustangs, Challengers, Vipers, Camaro's, etc be eliminated from history. We will be dumping our economy money into the foreign market just like others did for us.

I am gonna have to check to see if Fiat makes any diesel motors. Hopefully Jeep will get some to put into their vehicles again. Wait, my VM Motori motor is Italian and so is FIAT... If FIAT starts building little diesel cars, they will be a huge hit.

I think a lot of it belongs in the lap of all of us, after all, we are the ones who paid 30-50k for a truck when a 12k truck does the same thing. then when we all lost our big fat wallets we quit buying and they were left with an ice cube in hell. not to disagree with the union greed.
