Help!!!!!!

I need some help badd guys. Alright i have a 2000 rmk 700, i just put mikuni carbs on it and i went to grass drags today. the sled runs great for a stocker, other then a terrible bogg right off the line. when the sled is idleing it dies if you dont give it throttle. i turned the idle up and tried a bunch of different things. when you turn the choke on it idles a little bit better. its not the piolet jets being plugged we checked those.... i think it may be a reed problem but idk any ideas??

what have you done for jetting? From the sound of it, you are lean if the choke helps it idle better. I know you said you checked the pilots, but there are several small holes on the side of those jets (you may be aware). I have seen these plugged. I find that the wire in a bread bag tie works to clean these small holes.

Have you checked to see if you have an intake leak? Possible a leaking crank seal. you can spray wd-40 or carb cleaner around those while running and if there is a leak it should idle higher.

Another thing, have you altered you needle settings at all?

if none of these are helpful, list what your carb settings are and what temps and elevation that you are running.

good luck
