Help with 2006 Summit 800HO

I’ve got a 2006 Summit 800HO PT Adrenalin with a fresh top end kit installed.
Here’s the problem since the rebuild.
When you pin it WOT it revs up fine. Takes off like a bullet. Reaches 8000 rpm then studders, Drops R’s a little then back comes the power. Studders again power drops a bit then comes back! Does this several times then seems to go away. It’s most noticeable when first leaving the parking lot after starting the machine. (After warm up)
Is this symptoms of the Deto sensor going off? Does the engine temp have something to do with it?
Is there a Rev limiter on the 2006’s?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone!!

Have it on a jack stand and it does it as well.
disconected the deto sensor first by unbolting it then by unpluging it. Nothing changes except a dash light comes on? Checked all electrical conections and they look fine. Funny thing, after re-bolting the sensor back on and re-starting. The dash light was still on. Did a few start stop cycles and the light went off but problen was unchanged.:face-icon-small-dis

Found an exhaust leek, thought it was the problem but it wasn’t the problem!

Seems my sled has a case of pipe surge, (Zommies) and man it is hard to get rid of!
Apparently the only way to get rid of it is to load the motor real hard to create pipe heat.
Had to add lots of weight and a more aggressive helix to the secondary.
Seems to have solved the Zummies but not without creating undesirable back shift issues!!!
Also, I like a revy (zippy) motor and that went away! Loading it so hard the R’s come up slow! Not as fun jumping drifts and such but it does pull hard!
Here’s my set up: Sled is completely stock 150 to 155psi warm engine compression at 1400ft.
Ride primarily around 5500ft.
Stock primary set up (Spring, ramps) Bushings, rollers seem to be in good shape. Stock Pins loaded to the max. Stock 440 jetting seems good also!
Team secondary also in good shape. Red Black spring with 60-40-.38 Helix. Tried 64-44-.46 helped but really lazy back shift! Have a 44-40-.46 Helix in now. Helped the zippiness and back shift some but have to run clicker 2 to get Zummies to go away, which puts me back torads the poor back shift and less zippy feeling category again!!
I have a 50-40 progressive helix that I haven’t tried but don’t think it will help?

Anyone have similar problems and come up with a good solution?

maybe

Ok, check this. Check the throttle near the left side carb. That is where the TPS sensor is located. See if the throttle cable has rubbed through any of the wires going to the TPS sensor. Mine did the same thing and that is what caused my problem. Let us know what ya find.
