HELP.. No instruments, headlights or tail lights..

SO, Im going on a trip 2maro, So i changed my plugs and fired her up to find no instrument gauges, tailight or headlights.. Checked the only 2 fuses i could find. When she fires up there is a red light on the gauges that flashes and beaps twice..

Any ideas?

Relay, zip-tied above/behind secondary clutch. AR143 at NAPA , carry a spare it's common.

Thanks for the part number.. couldnt find it anywhere.. I just jumpered it to confirm the theory..
