Help me build my Nytro

I just bought a used Nytro with under 400 miles on it. I used to own a boosted(SC) Apex (sold it), but after a few demo rides on the Nytro last year, I like it better for my type of riding (carving, sidehilling, boondocking, moderate climbing, no big jumps/drops, no big steep stuff). I am about 260 lbs. I have researched and read about every thread on here and elsewhere. What are the "musts" for building a bigger HP, RELIABLE, fun sled for my type of riding. Here is what I am thinking initially.
1. Turbo - maybe Impulse or ????? as I live in Utah.
2. Improve the boards, way to flimsy for me - Better Boards or ?????.
3. Front end - is this needed???? Barkbuster or????? Front shocks?????
4. Skis - ?????
5. Track - ?????
6. Drivers to handle the boost - Avids or ?????
7. Lightweight battery?????
8. Skid - M10 or ?????
9 Tunnel - does this make a big difference?????
10.Steering post relocation - Wildchild or ?????

What to add, what to delete? I would like a sled that will last for quite a few years. One friend did advise me to wait and see what Yammi will come out with in another year to replace the Apex with. I can afford around 20K for this project.
Thanks to all who offer your thoughts, info, etc.

1. Impulse or HP3 since your from Utah(are fuel prices important?)
2. Board Stiffeners, pick a brand or chg tunnel
3. Powdercoat Factory front end, can chg anytime.
4. Simmons skis
5. 162 camo extreme 2.5
6. Mountain Magic or Avid drivers
7. Lightweight battery, dont waste your money
8. Cr Racing or Fastracks for M10.
9. CR Racing for tunnel if you wanna buck up, might as well use the CR D&R too.
10. Wildchild and/or CR Racing steering

sounds like an awsome build . thats the same route im going with my sled . an impulse turbo , cr tunnel , M10 , avids drivers and simmons gen 1s .the propane kit i saw run last year and it was a solid looking kit as well though . If youre not planing to climb big stuff though the timber sled may be a better option and its 1600$ cheeper ( price of a tunnel ) , if you can afford the m10 though go for it ! Im going to leave my front a arms stock as well , just powder coat them . i just think 850$ is better spent on front shocks , plus stock a arms are more available if you bend one on friday theres a better chance you can ride on saturday . what ever options you choose make sure you take lots of pics of the build :D

These replies are great. I want to get this right the first time, so making good, informed decisions is critical. Sounds like a lot of great products out there. Keep the info coming please!

AA - which Simmons are you thinking - Gen I's or II's. I am quite curious as how the Gen II's respond on the Nytro.

Definetly go with the impulse turbo, this is a very well thought out kit and Pauls customer service is the best I have ever seen. I emailed him on friday night with a issue and he called back within an hour and got me going so I could ride saturday.
