Hi

I need some pics of a CPC Turbo install on a M8! quickly!
a pic of the hood and where to put the 2 inch piece of foam?
dumb question I know... any healp is welcome!
PM or post in therad.

It's the seal on the rear edge of the aluminum plate that is attached to the underside of the hood for the cold air intake! If you need a pic or more info I have an 09 m8 that we are just finishing up in my shop right now. Don't you just love his installation instructions and pics!!

okey! Pics would be great! Im also finishing up but my dealer can't get the TPS to work so I have to wait for a new TPS instrument. Just have the new throttle bodies and the new head left to install, then Im pretty much Done, exept for a few details...

mmm GREAT instructions... and the pics are a joke!

It sounds like most people are eliminating the coolant lines to the throttle bodies and just plumbing in the turbo coolant lines call Dale for more clarification on this. I chose to buy the new exhaust springs from Boondockers instead of running multiple springs on each corner at the Y-pipe, and you may want to make a small approximately 4" X 4" aluminum plate .060 thick and pop rivet into place in between the exhaust tail pipe and the cold air intake ductwork as there is only about 1.25 inches of clearance and could be a potential melting point you can pop rivet it to the existing plate that he has in place. please send e-mail and I will send you pics I don't know how to put pics on here!

e-mail sent with pics to the e-mail you sent to me sorry it took so long, make sure to install the bypass switch for the coolant shut down safety switch and make sure when you use it that you shut it back off after about 10 seconds as it causes an over- enrichment senario which will flood out the motor upon future restarts and while running it will also flash an ecu-06 code. It would really be nice if the installation instructions told us this stuff instead of having to figure it out on the hill while about 75 guys are driving by looking at your new cutler kit that won't start!
