Helmets have been tough for me as I wear a 2X, Have a Z1R that fits me great but I read some reviews that the jawbar is to large for some riders.... It fits me great. I also have a HJC ACX-3 Carbon with a full blown custom paint job by Bob Smoots (Fly-N-Colors) whom is contracted by HJC to custom paint all the Castle team riders helmets like Blair Morgan & others.
The ACX-3 carbon is lighter that my Z1R but I dont wear it much because the paint job is work of art & the jawbar runs small on my big head, Just takes a bit of time removing so I dont peel the skin off my forehead
For cold weather I like the Z1R & spring riding where I wont be bouncing tree branches off my head I wear the ACX-3
