So the dealer put my secondary clutch on and I never double checked it like I should have, and the bolt ended up backing off and the clutch fell off. So the threads in the jack shaft got mangled from trying to thread the bolt back in after to get back to the truck. So instead of the dealer replacing the jack shaft , because it was their fault it fell off in the first place, put a heli coil in instead and say its good to go. I want the shaft replaced but they say its just as strong. Any thoughts?is this gonna fail at some point?
