Photos and snow report from the north side of Galena. There was about 18" of snow in the parking area and we went riding up an area they called the Headwaters. We only went in 3-4 miles at about 7500 ft, the snow was awesome. Some where around 3-4 feet of powder with no base. Avalanche danger was high so we avoided the steep country. We were getting stuck just stopping on the flats and having plenty of fun down there.
