Head/taillight issues

I am having a problem with the lighting on my sled, hope someone can help... I have a 99 RMK 700 that I am trying to sell. I started it and rode it a little today and halfway through I discovered that my lights are not working at all! The sled has sat out on the road for a few weeks now and has had some snow blown into the engine compartment. (I had to clear it away from the clutches to avoid belt slip) I think sometime during the ride around the pasture, possibly melted snow invaded the wiring somewhere and killed the lights. Everything worked great a few days ago when I cleaned it off and fired it up... HELP!!

take a look at the post I started about the same issue Im having with the same 99 700. Could be your voltage regulator. post says "new to me 99 RMK 700"

Hopefully some little critter didn't decide to make a snack out of some of the wiring!
Also if the voltage regulator ended up with a corroded ground connection all the bulbs could have blown.
