Is it stock with 12mm set screw in the pin? If so mine needed two additional 8mm additional set screws at least. Use a drop of removable thread locker on the last one in. I also have a softer primary spring so you might start at one 8mm screw and go up slowly until you can't run 8150 in clicker 3. Then back up a bit. Always write down your set up and results because it will all start becoming a blur.

yes, i have a different spring in mine it seems to work good but we are in five feet of bottomless powder so i don't know. i have a spring recomeded from turbo al from the sled shed, i don't remember what spring it is, all i could see is yellow when i went out and looked.

I just got back in the door I've been up testing everthing and besides the frostbite on my face because I brought a friend along and his 670 didn't wont to richen out in the cold, but from the little snow we he to test and you can't get off trail very much but cleaning the rave vavles helped:D I still need to get more seat time before I change any springs, but I can tell after to night with a better blend of racing gas new plugs, clickers lowered #2 and clean power vavles that the motor can pull more weight for the power it has I like how it fills smaller then it is I forget I'm not on my rev with a 151 anymore, the funnest sled I rode and I haven't even got in the powder yet can't what to clim sum shoots in Reve. with here Thanks everyone Madmini

Thats the EPI yellow secondary spring that I tried. It holds the secondary closed harder. This is supposed to give better grip to the belt but what I found is it causes the engine to over-rev. so even with 12+10+10 mm of set screws in the primary, I had to run in clicker 1. I also got a black ring on the primary sheave. I went back to the stock spring. It might work for others but not on my 08 xp with 20 top gear and slp head.
