Has anyone sued Ski-Doo over their XP?

Funny I , almost thought one day one welllll ...set up xp would come along last season and at least compete with us, as fellow sledders would say " he's got that thing dialed in now" and well, no big suprises same old. That is in the deep and steep ,I could'nt care for dragging on the flats.

My 08 had tons of problems......my boots left scuff marks on the tunnel, I blew a belt at 968 miles, I rode it through some trees and left marks on the windshield, everytime it was low on gas or oil, I ended up topping it off at my expense....... the list goes on and on. I had my people get in touch with their people. In the end, they didn't just pay for my house, they bought me a bigger house, set up both my son's college education's, and gave me and all my buddies a new Dragon. When something simple, like blown motors, started happening to the Polaris's, those guys told us to pack sand.

Thanks for the replies.. not too sure I am going to just bend over.. but I will contact the local BRP rep

I discovered early on the primary sliding half was not balanced, tried to get it fixed and BRP said no. In March the clutch let go and trashed the arms, rollers, bushings, spring, cup.. etc... These are the parts on back order.

Wonder what the crank is like?

How can you tell if half of the clutch isn't balanced?
