Has anyone bent/cracked their Better Boards?

CPC Snow Eliminators

We have a set of CPC snow eliminators on an 07 m8, an just cut out the holes, not the entire peice. The rider has been using them for a year, maybe 2, can't remember off the top of my head, no problems, only problem is when he kicks his running boards to get the snow out, he tore the crap out of his Klim boots but the eliminators work great, no cracks, nothing.

Any idea on the thickness of the CPC material?

Got the second sled here. These boards are starting to fail in the same area as well.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix these things? Seems like a design flaw to me, but I'm no structural engineer.

The CpC snow cleats are 1/8" Thick. Im A 250 lb rider and I have not had any problems with CPC boards.
