Believe it or not it's legal from the Glen Eden Resort to the trail head on 550. This assumes the road is snow covered which good luck this winter.

Would it be legal to boondock through the trees from where we are at? Or is it a lot of private property? I have a route kind mapped out on Google maps... thanks peeps!!!

Think you have to go on the road or road right of way. There is a lot of private property around there.

The untracked snow was good on sunday. The trails are very ROUGH every where we crossed them.

Heading to the hahns peak area riding feb 10th-12th staying at the roadhouse. This is our first trip to the area just wondering if anyone could point us in a good direction to head to from the roadhouse?

Snow is marginal. Still a lot of landmines and downed trees to deal with tree riding. Head north to gain elevation. Most of the trails are marked and have been groomed once.

Here's a couple pics from Feb 12 it was snowing when we left the next morning we road untouched all 3 days we were there just have to look for it they def need more snow thou.

trails were good 3/3. Off trail not the best. The creeks are open and running. There is not much snow.

They should have got some fresh snow today.

Also curious on conditions. We are heading out first week in Feb. Never been to the area but typically ride Snowys, Togwotee or IP. Looking for a few pointers on direction area to ride from the Roadhouse. We all carry GPS, Spots, 2way radios, AVy gear and are all experienced riders. Mostly try to stick to trees. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
