Actually, I have green grass already....but up the mountain was a different story! Turned out pretty good for a lackluster snow year. We reasoned we should give the old girl some help before the warm temps and rain show up....









Interesting to see that layer from late Jan/early Feb where it didn't snow for like a month. I.E. the one that was/is giving everyone problems. It's hard and smooth as a polished rock....this was from cutting out a big chunk and arse dropping it. Easy to see what the issue is there.




Had to go check out the pow situation after...of course. The situation was really good. Decent hookup, but still easy to get shots over the head. I could go for another few weeks of this....

Good for you! Lackluster is too strong of a word for this year in AK.......my only full winter here. It has been complete schitt!
Ive had more powder in Illinios some winters!
After an ok start with a couple bottomless land mine type rides it didnt snow AT ALL from Christmas until March. Got one good dump that was good riding for about a week..while I was in Florida!
The no more, nada, zip zero and it's pretty much all over for the year. Went up last weekend and it looked like mid May not April 1.

There were a few "off's" for sure...planned and unplanned! Luckily not far down lol And on the top side it was pretty easy to fall down between the snow and the cabin...made for some laughs.

No kidding. What were your load calcs when you built that thing.

We had the same non winter here this year. Worst since 04/05. Not nearly as bad as that year but not a whole lot better either.

It's about 40 years old as far as I know. I highly doubt any math was used during construction LOL
