Bugito, not trying to be part of the gang... but, the only thing that matters to most people is the $$. IF someone donates to a pro wilderness organization, nobody cares what their stance is, they just care where the $$ is going.
As the saying goes... money talks.
How to read this organization seems very up in the air though.
Btw, Steve could very easily just sign on like anyone else & talk about the issue here, no need for any special arrangements.
I agree 100%. But as we have argued, what about companies like GM and Ford? They have also been linked to entities that contribute to our adversaries. My point is unless a company is directly supporting wilderness in the USA or giving money to the groups that support it, then why link them together? This wild.org group is supporting wildlife efforts (including wilderness for those animals) in OTHER countries.
I also agree with Steve Haber coming on and addressing this crowd. It would be asking a lot for him to go to all 4M's that have users that use his product, but this has become a heated topic so it would be nice to hear his response.
I have already told MileHighAssassin that if I find out that Haber is directly supporting wilderness efforts in the USA, I will no longer use any Haber products or endorse them in any way. I stand behind that. I just think it is wrong to slander a company where some people here on the 4M make their living from the sales of these products without concrete proof. Now some people are assuming the worse and have already made up their minds.
