Canada is doing pretty great for sure! GDP growth ahead of expectations for 2017 thus far, dollar gaining back huge, exports cruising along, and even your weird orange leader had to admit our leader is one cool dude.

For instance, if you make 40k a year you can expect to contribute 4,000 as a single adult towards healthcare- that sum does not include any medications, glasses/lenses, or dental visits you must get insurance for those things . Safe to say I am not interested in contributing 10% of my income towards the healthcare pool (but in reality I probably am in taxes).

They sure as hell don't work hard in Quebec. Back when I was a mechanical engineer I traveled to Quebec City frequently to visit a customer, they have so many damn "holidays," seemed like they were closed quite often compared to similar businesses in the states.
