Im putting a set of buddy bars on my 01 skidoo an i was curious if i tapped into my heater grip wires so the buddy bars had heated grips as well if it would draw to much voltage from my regulator or if it would work at all?

What model of sled? It looks like the stator output is anywhere from 220 watts to 360 watts in year 2000. Not sure on 2001 but I suspect about the same. I guess all you can do is try it and see if it will handle it.
Im willing to try it i just want to make sure i dont burn up the stator if that is possible.
Ive decided to put plug ins on the wires to my grip heaters along with ones on the buddy bars so one set of bars gets the full heating abilitey instead of risk drawing too much an hwving both bars not be as warm as they could be
