Wanting to know if anyone rode yesterday on 1/1 and how the conditions were and how the road up is? Is the gate open or closed? Any info is appreciated.

Gate was open,road was compact snow and ice just put on chains and no problems of course the ones who didnt had trouble and caused slow downs, Need more snow of course few bare spots along the canyon after that had a couple inches of rode down to 1913 play had lunch and came back, lots of company.
