the pow is back!!! oh how i have missed the fluffy white. was starting to wonder if i could remember how to ride one ski
can you see the smile on my face? it just won't go away. awesome riding and even better 2 days of sandman grade riders
i hope you guys don't take that as an insult
sat. me and indeep tore up kelsay, boondocked the whole day, found THE shortcut down to birdspoint. will be useable as soon as we can get off trail, no more waiting for 6+ feet, yeah! dan we hit the monster for ya but only dared go 2/3's of the way up too slick and scary! only had one problem heading down kelsay on the way back the road was totally plugged with the loudest rowdiest group up on the mountain, the yukon outbacker gang
i think they had almost 20 riders, and they sure do know how to have a good time!!!
sun we were on the other side, hit the forbidden zone, had a great time highmarking, sidehilling and boondocking up to the top bowl! then headed up to june lake, did you know your sled will fit between trees that are spaced closer together than your skis are wide? either that or we widened them
man I LOVE THE TREES just can never get enough, add a foot or 2 of fresh and i'm in heaven. just nothing else like it in the world...
dave h, ok so you've got me wondering, was that you at the top of kelsay? if it was just remembered my snowest name is 89sandman, nice to meet you!
jason, did you see my comment on your profile page? can't give you a bigger compliment. too much snow, you s@ck
enough said...
highmark, what can i say you are defiantly my kind of rider!!! always nice to meet another sledder with the same passion and enthusiasium for the sport. we MUST hook up again soon! no place will be safe
can't wait for next weekend, if the forcast holds true should have even more fresh to lay waste to...
thought i'd throw one in of my 5 month old grandson, future deep powder/boondocking specialist
