grand mesa

Some friends and i are headed to grand junction this weekend . was wandering where to ride from there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you go to the Mesa, you have several options on where to park and ride from. I would suggest going to the Visitor Center to park and ride towards Leon Peak, East I do believe, you have many options and could possibly find some untracked snow. If you go out towards Lands End, I am not sure of the snow conditions, I know the wind does blow and you get a bit more traffic that way. I ride up there every weekend and im looking for some people to ride with this weekend If you wanted to meet up i know the mesa real well

we are suposed to have a storm coming through this weekend starting tomorrow i think, hopefully it will drop some snow up there!
