Grand Mesa Updates?

Thank you for admitting you gave a erroneous snow condition report for the Mesa. It caused serious concern for the club and was not appreciated as it prompted several calls to Ken at the the Grand Mesa Lodge where we had 5 cabins rented for three days.

We had a great time with excellent conditions. Even with a large group we were able to find untracked pow and no avalanche settings even in Happy/Hidden Valley. The trail grooming on the SP to Electric Mtn, however, rates an F-

And thanks for the advice on the parking.

We are heading up this weekend I think until Monday will be at our cabin near Alexander Lake.....looks AWESOME>...

It will be great no matter what. They have so much snow. I am sure you will find plenty untracked stuff. I know we did! Oops, didn't leave much untracked behind!

They will be riding up there for a while to come. We didn't run into any open water. Found a few drift holes though.

Easter weekend

Well we had a good time, some friends came up and rode with us on Sunday. Sorry I missed those staying at Spruce, we don't frequent the lodge much as we have had such bad experiences there. Anyways, here a picture of our cabin we had to crawl into, hopefully we will be riding more in April.

and lots of hotdogs!!
