Laptop bit the dust and thought about buying one of those Samsung Google Chromebooks at Best buy. They are darn cheap...249.00. Any opinions on these good or bad?

I use one and a few friends also use them. For surfing and standard computer tasks they are pretty good such as gmail, surfing, and youtube. For word processing and spreadsheets the chrome book uses google docs which can be a little slower.
Overall it is worth the $249, it starts quickly lasts a long time on battery and if I break it I am not out $1k.

Ive got one, I use it more than my 1500 dollar computer, it has great battery life and easy to use. The only down problem is it is kind of slow for some tasks like word processing and all that. As for the price I was lucky enough to get one for free, so I can't complain about that but I would not hesitate spending 250 on one.
