Are you forgetting about the West? All countries have gone through what they are going through. Seems kind of lame for them to have to pay for it, when we didn't do a darn thing about it when we were doing the same.....

Exactly, we always pay for everything and they never pay for anything !!!!!!!
Since we are always the bad guys maybe we should just surrender now and divide up the USA among the other "good" countries.
