Just got a call from Polaris asking if we planned on snow checking a sled "again" this year as well as a friendly reminder that my Golden ticket is only worth 500 hundy this year!
I did not know this and was totally surprised!
Any of you get this call?

I snow check ever year because of -1000 on an LE sled. Not worth continuing at only 500 discount. IMO

I hope Polaris doesn't over build sleds again this year to help values of used ones go back up. I have seen 2017's new sell for less than snow checks. I just sold my 16 so I am ready to snow check.

I didn't get a Golden Ticket for my 2017 purchase. I got a call for $500 customer Loyalty discount on a 2018 + the Golden Ticket for a 2019 purchase ?? Too bad I wasn't able to ride much this year!! Got to pass!

Did hear a rumor that Polaris was going to be calling and mailing a promotion for those who snowchecked a 2017 and were going to snowcheck a 2018. This may be what the call was.

I received a call reminding me about my Golden Ticket... I felt sorry for the tongue lashing I gave the rep. Told them if they stopped overbuilding sleds and charging full boat for them in the spring then discounting like crazy in Feb/March a guy "might" be able to justify a new sled every year. I cant justify it when my 16 snowcheck cost 14K after discounts and I can buy an in season model for 9200 today, that is expensive tunnel/rail paint and clicker shocks and 2 years more ont he warranty. Not to mention no dealer wants to take a trade in this time of year and if they do shoot you a trade #, you better be wearing a bullet proof vest and sitting down when you get the #.

The GT from your 2016 was/is worth $1000 toward snowchecking a 2017, and $500 toward a 2018. That's how those work and it was fairly clear IMO

I got the same call as the op. I called the poor girl out as well. I ordered a 16 then used my $1000 off to buy a 17. She too told me that I would only have $500 to use on an 18. I asked her why it wasn't $1000 and she told me to ask my dealer.

I did what u did used my 16 golden ticket to buy a 17 and the dealer took that and sent to Polaris to get the 1000 so I don't even have it to anymore, so I am assuming I don't have 500 to use on an 18? I know if I didn't use it on a 17 it would only be worth 500 on an 18 as is stated above

Snow Checked 18 Friday and dealer never said anything about using my 16 Golden Ticket again?

Customer loyalty discount of $500 through your dealer on 2018. Not sure how they decide your loyal? New Polaris sled every year, but once since 2005. Crazy!! Loyal???
