Going to be a bad snow year?

My wife says it better snow soon, cause that new sled better get used this year. I told her if it doesnt snow this year we bought 1 new sled but get 2 years of riding a new sled. She didnt see the humor in it that I did.

there's snow it just takes roadtrips for must of us to get to it. last year we had early snow it wasnt good snow by any means, but enough to ride in november easily, still couldnt climb anything or get too far from the trail til late december though. it will come and stay til july again...(i hope)

Big Sky got 12" last night, it's supposed to snow throughout the day then another storm at the end of the week. Doesn't seem that bad.

snowed sunday night in the blues, still there this morning. it is suposed to snow saturday and get cold maybe i can get a mile or two on it this sunday with a buddy who bought a new xp last weekend.

Looking through my pics, my first ride last year was the first weekend in December. This year i was out in November and by the first weekend in December the snow was similar to last year on the that same weekend.

yeah, snow conditions are pretty much the same as last winter this time, they werent great, but, heck i rode into june easy, so pray she hits hard. if its anything like last year, in the next week or two it will begin to snow about a foot every other day.

snow it utah coming from sat through at least wednesday next week so it looks like we are finally going to get some snow.

yup, theyre predicting a good one for the weekend and the beginning of next week, up to a couple feet in the hills they claim. but as of now the storm is still out above the ocean so it could decide to miss my area which has happened in the past so im not gonna get to excited until it hits. as for the winter coming later and staying later i think the calender is just getting farther and farther off from when it started cuz of all the leap years and what not.

california is finally in the sights of a pretty good looking series of storms all next week. some of the weather guys are calling it a 50-year storm with snow levels down to the san joaquin valley floor (elevation 300 feet)!

right now they are forecasting 5 feet up high after the week is done. if this holds up...it will be a great christmas gift!
