Going for the EZ Jacker and Can, what wieghts?

Ran this set up for a month now just go pick up an arctic cat purple spring twenty dollars you will turn 7850-7950. If you really want to enjoy the ez jacker change the momentary switch to a maintained switch so you can choose if you want instant boost or not.I have found sometimes on long pulls in deep powder you may not want the instant boost as it will set off the det sensor.

What setup? Who made your weights and how many grams are you running? Thanks.

I am running some race gas mixed with regular. Should keep the det at bay until I can get a meth kit.

Primary(purple) spring change only stock 85gr weights stock secondary.Only seen det sensor twice both times deep heavy powder with warming temperature never on cold fluffy snow.I run with boost button on 90% of the time.

Before the mds setup, we ran a purple spring. Nice smooth engagement, but we needed to add clutch weight. At 88.5 grams it worked quite well, but when you nailed the throttle it would still hit rev limiter. Then the rpm would drop to 7600, and slowly come back up to 8000. With the mds weights and black polaris spring, I am hitting 8100 and staying there. I will be adding a little more weight to get the rpm to max out at 8000. Adjustable weights are nice cause every sled is different. I run a 174 track and weigh 100 pounds more than most, so I will add less clutch weight than the next guy. Being able to fine tune with a half a gram more or less in the tip, or middle is a nice option.

Im running the Dalton 5W at 86.5g, my sled just has a straight pipe. On the groomed trails getting 8100rpm in 2 feet of fluff sleds pulling 7900rpm. Only think I'm not liking is sled engages now at around 4400rpm would like to bring that down wonder what spring i should try? One thing that was kinda weird to me too is I checked my max rpm on the gauge and had 8350rpm.

I ordered the Bikeman Stage 2 Torsion Clutch kit. Comes with helix, primary and seconday springs and Dalton 5w adjustable weights. I will give a review after I run it this weekend.

Running Speedwerx Can and Ez Jacker.

For what its worth. . . I am running a high flow can and MDS weights/spring in my 1100t. I would have to say that I noticed that the track speed was significantly higher. It is definatly linear. In the powder it worked awesome. I am also running the 153 so the track speed is pretty high. I really love my sled now with the vertical steering, 38 stance, MDS clutching. Now just for a 2.5 track and wider skis for next year.

I also know for a fact that I would only hit 95mph with the stock setup on the trail. I can do well over 100mph now on the trail.(we get quite competitive on the way back to the truck the last night of every trip). 5th to 1st in about a half mile!!!!
